Our Services.

Individual Therapy

  • Individual therapy is a deeply personal and unique experience for everyone. For that reason, therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” experience. Instead, it is filled with nuance and is tailored to the needs of each individual. At Compassionate Path Psychology, therapy is only provided virtually at this time. Due to the nature of virtual therapy, it is important that you have a private space to yourself as this invites feelings of comfort and safety while doing this work. Additionally, all sessions are confidential (Please see more about confidentiality on the FAQs page).

I promote a non-judgmental and compassionate space where you can feel empowered to explore personal struggles, relationship difficulties, and other life transitions and challenges. For some individuals, their goal may be to use therapy as a space for self-exploration or processing through life’s difficulties. For other individuals, they may be looking to learn coping skills they can practice in their day-to-day lives. For many individuals, they may be looking for a combination of the two.

Together, we will discuss your hopes for therapy and collaborate on your therapy goals in order to come up with your customized treatment plan. As we continue meeting, I will check in with you to ensure the work you are doing feels helpful to you. My goal is for you to always get the therapy you want, need, and deserve!

  • The rates below are for out-of-network or private pay clients. I also accept Aetna and Optum insurance.

$210 for initial, 60 minute intake session.

$180 for 45-50 minute follow up sessions.

Relationship & Couples Therapy

  • Like individual therapy, couples therapy is also deeply personal and unique to each couple. For this reason, treatment is tailored to each couples’ needs. At Compassionate Path Psychology, therapy is only provided virtually at this time. Due to the nature of virtual therapy, it is important that you have a private space to yourself as this invites feelings of comfort and safety while doing this work. Additionally, all sessions are confidential. With that being said, I have a “No Secrets” policy meaning that I will not keep information from either party within the relationship (Please see more about confidentiality and the “No Secrets” policy on the FAQs page).

There are many reasons why couples may be seeking therapy together. For many couples, they hope to build a healthy foundation or to work through various difficulties within their relationship. For some couples, they may be leaning towards ending the relationship and are seeking therapy to do so in an amicable and thoughtful way. Engaging in couples therapy can help with a variety of issues including difficulties with communication, changing negative patterns and role strains, a lack of intimacy, affairs, loose boundaries, and life transitions to name a few.

Together, we will discuss your hopes for your relationship and collaborate on your therapy goals in order to come up with your customized treatment plan. As we continue meeting, I will check in with you to ensure the work you are doing feels helpful to you and your relationship. My goal is for you to always get the therapy you want, need, and deserve!

Burnout & Self-Compassion Workshops

  • I offer self-compassion workshops and burnout trainings for businesses, schools, or teams who are interested in learning about these concepts. Additionally, you will learn skills to practice self-compassion and to prevent or recover from burnout. I offer these services virtually, and depending on proximity, I may be able to do in-person workshops and trainings too.

A little more on Self-Compassion: Many of us have the tendency to be hard on ourselves. This can lead to self-critical talk, perfectionistic tendencies, and a decrease in self-worth. These problems don’t just affect how we feel about ourselves, but they can also affect how we show up in relationships or at work. Self-Compassion is about giving ourselves the same compassion we would typically give loved ones.

A little more on Burnout: Many of us have or will have experienced chronic workplace stress at some point or another. This chronic stress can ultimately lead to a feeling of burnout which can be described as mental, emotional, and physical exhaustion. Burnout does not just affect our work, rather it can also affect our relationships and how we feel about ourselves.

  • Please reach out to me in order to collaborate on your workshop needs. Pricing and length of workshop will be determined accordingly.
