Meet Dr. Gabrielle.

I am so glad you’re here!

Hi! My name is Dr. Gabrielle (she/hers) and I am a licensed clinical psychologist. First and foremost, I am so proud of you for considering therapy for your healing journey! Although there is less stigma than ever before, seeking mental health services still comes with many hurdles and I am so glad you are choosing this path for yourself.

A little bit about me… I am originally from St. Louis, MO (Go Cards!), but I am now living in the beautiful state of Colorado. Growing up, I struggled with my own insecurities and adversities which often led to feelings of anxiety and isolation. Experiencing these challenges inspired me to want to help others with their challenges. From an early age, I was often the friend who others would come to during their time of need and was even told by family members that I should be a therapist when I grew up. Well, here we are today, and I could not be happier with the path I chose!

In addition to my passion of being a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my partner and snuggling our English Bulldog, Athena, spending time with friends and family, hiking and exploring new places, trying new restaurants, gardening, tending to my houseplants, reading, and watching various shows and movies (I always love a good true crime documentary or movie recommendation).

Therapy Approach.

I am passionate about empowering my clients to discover ways they can live authentically and intentionally. My approach to therapy is one of warmth and curiosity. I aim to nurture therapeutic relationships that are safe, understanding, and genuine. Additionally, therapy can be tough work which is why I also enjoy using humor and self-compassion techniques in order to honor my clients’ challenges and achievements throughout our time together.

I generally work from a feminist and person-centered lens while flexibly incorporating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when appropriate. I prioritize collaboration with my clients in order to identify their goals and to ensure that they are getting what they want out of treatment.

I am committed to providing therapy from a social justice and anti-racist lens and I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming and Health At Every Size (HAES) therapist. I absolutely love the work that I do and I am honored to be trusted to hold this sacred space with so many amazing people. My goal as your therapist is that you always get the therapy you want, need, and deserve. In order to do this, we will work together to clearly define your hopes and needs and tailor treatment to your therapy goals.
